Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes. Gifts are made through the Texas A&M Foundation, which provides a receipt for your records.
How do we pay?
Online by card through the Texas A&M Foundation, or by check made payable to Texas A&M Baja SAE. Send us an inquiry and we'll walk you through the option that fits your company's process.
Can we donate parts, tools, software, or services instead of cash?
Absolutely. In-kind support like machining, materials, software licenses, and discounts is a huge part of how the car gets built, and it's recognized on the car and website.
When do we need to commit to get our logo on the car?
Logo placement on the car and apparel is finalized in the weeks before our spring Rollout. Commit early in the season to guarantee placement, and we'll confirm the current deadline when you reach out.
Can we recruit from the team?
Yes. Silver sponsors and above get access to our resume bank, and Gold sponsors and above can recruit in person at team meetings.
Can we customize a package?
Yes. The tiers are a starting point. Tell us your goals, whether that's recruiting, brand visibility, or product testing, and we'll build a package around them.
